If you believe that you possess these skills - then Atlantis, The Palm would like to partner with you!As a Sous Chef - Pizza at Ronda Locatelli, you will be the second in command in the kitchen under the supervision of the Chef De Cuisine.
You will be managing and organising the kitchen team to deliver consistently high standards of food quality in order to create amazing experiences for guests.
In this role, you will also be coordinating and supervising food and supplies, budgeting expenses and preparing menus.The ideal candidate must have a Diploma in Catering with a minimum of 5 years of professional kitchen experience.
Relevant experience in a variety of cuisines and previous experience in a pizza kitchen is also required. Demonstrated ability to deliver an exceptional standard of cuisine, supported by industry recognition or awards is preferred.
Experience in a similar role within a 5-star Hotel or in a Michelin Star Restaurant together with suitable experience in leadership is essential in this role.

Previous Experience in Pizza cuisine using a wood oven is a must, with high volume exposure
