Job summary
The role of the Senior RME Planner (Sr RMEP) is to support RME team from a single FC to a Hub / Country / Region of FC’s.
A key member of the Reliability Maintenance Engineering team who understands the capability of the EAM system within the FC and the region and how it interacts with other regional FC’s along with the other EU regions.
The RMEP is responsible for the overall asset management, work planning, and spare part inventory using Infor EAM software at an EU FC.
Is also responsible for training RME Team members that use the EAM system within the FC, maintaining parts / asset data accuracy and equipment hierarchy in the Infor EAM system.
Also responsible for rolling out standard workflows for work requests, preventive maintenance programs, project requests, and inspections, etc.
The Senior RMEP can be a sole contributor who works as part of an FC team, to be the technical lead and point of contact to resolve EAM related issues, to optimize processes and improve the system functionality.
The Sr RMEP will also contribute to multiple FC’s and have a leadership function to a group of RME Planners within a Country or a Cluster / Region.
No direct people management responsibilities, uses influence to manage team and team members.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
In-depth knowledge of EAM, Engineering planning and analytics tools; solution driven approach to engineering challenges · First class communication skills in a multi lingual environment and strong ability to communicate complex problems across business teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Project management and implementation experience · Manage flow of information in a multinational and complex environment · Knowledge of information flow and data interoperability to define the purpose boundaries and handovers between them · Create and implement standard ways of working for the engineering team that reduce friction and double entry whilst increasing automated data exchange and report creation · Drive benchmarking of component / machine performance across the network · Lead standardization and improvement of data warehouse, controls system performance and technical reporting at an regional level · Coordinate with other internal functions to ensure that standards are implemented in all future work.
Being a point of contact and escalation for L4 EAM, Engineering Teams, Operational Teams and other Business Stakeholders, within an FC, Hub of FC’s or Region.
