Job Summary

One PieceConcept Sale Associate creates the "positive vibe"environment, and gives the first impression to thecustomers entering by representing "the face" ofthe store.

Our sale associate protects our business image througheloquent communication style, superb customer service, as well asspecific One Piece Concept "know how" knowledgemaintaining our business concept presentation standards.

Tasks :

  • Assist the ShopManager in the store every day functions.
  • Direct and monitor other employees instore
  • Build and maintain customerrelationship in order to build loyal customer base.
  • Keeping track of the repeated customers, theirlikes, dislikes and their contact information.
  • Ensure consistency in customer service withimpeccable knowledge on all designers and fashion products in thestore to include maintenance, cleaning and care.
  • Familiarizing customers with One Piece Conceptstore and brand background story.
  • Maintains visual and presentation standards throughout the storeand stockroom. Cleans, organizes and maintains store and stockroom, ensuring general area, floor, shelves, hangers and eachfitting room are clean and free from any damage.
  • Enter all received goods into inventory andensure proper record of all stock movements. Assist the ShopManager to order and replenish goods to avoid any"out-of" stocks situation preparing for theinventory.
  • Work on cash register,handling purchase processing, and terminating in the stocks database.
  • Maintain high standards ofVisual Merchandising housekeeping in term of cleanness, display,lighting and stock rotation. Implement all merchandising as per thebrand'
  • s visual merchandising guidelines.

  • Conduct daily walk-through to check and ensureOne Piece Concept presentation standards.
  • Collecting FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) andentering into the data base.
  • Reporting directly to Shop Manager
