Tasks and responsibilities :

Creates / Reviews the application, submission, process management and reporting of tenders within Middle East Market by coordinating with all required stakeholders such as business partners, customer service, sales & marketing, business lines, legal and regulatory.

Acts as a key point of Contact to Sales during the contract negotiation phase

Ability to build a strong collaboration and alignment with all key stakeholders such as Sales team, Technical Business Managers, fellow team members and project controlling team.

Responsible for collation of costs and review of documents, calculation of pricing and ensuring timely offer submission to the customer.

Acts as a final quality gate keeper in terms of correct and pre-approved pricing, pre-approved Margins, pre-approved terms, and conditions etc.

thereby adhering to SHS favorable contract conditions.

Ensures adherence to internal policies and guidelines such as Limit of Authority (LoA), Credit Committee and Fin Risk directives

Participates in efficient processing of received orders by providing technical and commercial order clarifications to enhance order Quality.

Understands, implements, and continuously improves the Bid processes to achieve departmental goals, quality objectives and Company’s mission.

Identifies the implication of risks towards feasibility, timelines and defines respective mitigation measures accordingly.

Handles all price related topics with complete confidentiality internally and externally

Role Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent

Minimum 5 years’ experience in bid proposal

Fluent in English. Fluency in Arabic is an additional advantage

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Very advanced in time management skills, knows how to adjust own behavior under pressure.

Strong follow up skills

Strong Team Player

Strong business acumen and knowhow of flexing own style towards various business demands.

Proactively collaborates and positively reacts towards win / win targets together with Sales team.

Completely focus on providing ultimate support towards target achievements.
