Welcomes visitors by greetingthem, in person or on the telephone; answering or referringinquiries.
Receiving quotations andarranging hotel & flight bookings.
Liaise with maintenance of the building for anyproblems in the office - air conditioning etc.
Sourcing & purchasing &maintaining office stationary, regularly checking with variouscompanies to reduce cost.
Liaisingwith the office drivers in regards to the arrivals ofguests.
Prepare the conference roomin case of any meetings that have been set up.
Ad-hoc duties for the Managing Director and anyDepartment Heads.
Providerefreshments for guests if required
Maintain the video recording system in the office on a dailybasis
Maintains safe and cleanreception area by complying with procedures, rules, andregulations.
Contributing to teameffort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Maintaining key records and updating telephonedirectory internally and telephone numbers of staff.
Prepare correspondence and documents as andwhen required.
Working closely withthe Human Resources Manager.
