The revenue analyst is responsible to provide revenue accounting leadership and business best practices to the hotel. Revenue Analyst has responsibility for all technical accounting aspects of hotel's revenue streams.
This role will provide key leadership surrounding the hotel's revenue recognition policies and will regularly interface with the sales, operations, and marketing organizations. Qualifications
Minimum 1-year work experience as Revenue Analyst or Revenue Manager
Knowledge of revenue management systems is a plus (Reserve, PRIO, RMT, Opera)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Knowledge of all the reports
Excellent communication and writing skills
Excellent time and task management skills
Exceptional with details and follow up
Analytical, strategical thinking with a long term vision
Passionate about strategies, numbers, analysis
Strong understanding of hotel sales and hotel distribution sources and strategies
Must have prior hospitality experience
Must be able to work independently and confidently
Open minded for new challenges and projects
