The Business Development Executive will be an important resource in pursuing new strategic business opportunities and leads.
Furthermore, the Business Development Executive is expected to grow and maintain a large professional network of existing and potential new clients, as well as key figures within relevant sectors and industries.
The Business Development Executive will work independently within a designated target area. The role will work in close tandem with and report to the Business Development Lead in the Sales Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities
n Identifying and pursuing new strategic opportunities
n Pitching products and / or services to prospective nkey clients and partners
n Negotiate business nmodels and commercial terms directly;

n Ensure a high level of post-sales satisfaction and facilitation of long term relationships and strong potential for repeat business nwith; strategic partners;
n Build a network amongst partner businesses to nbecome a specialist within your territory
and seen as the first choice for nall relevant services within the sector
n Attending networking activities to research and nconnect with prospective clients
n Develop strong executive-level relationships nwith end-user decision-makers to understand their drivers; and goals
Assist the sales team with target vertical insights and sale leads for further developments and closings
Planning and overseeing new marketing ninitiatives in close collaboration with the Marketing Executive

Candidate Requirements ;
n A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, nEngineering or related field
n Advanced degree or the equivalent in work nexperience preferred
Experience
n A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated work nexperience in related field
n Sales background with proven track record of nmeeting sales goals
n Deep understanding of key fiber;and IP nnetworking technologies such as software-defined data centers, hybrid- and nmulti-cloud architectures, network automation and edge computing
Knowledge nand skills
n Excellent insight and understanding of target nmarket and industry, key players, clients, and trends
n Proven ability to work on multiple nprojects / opportunities concurrently
n Proven project management experience with strong nexposure to technology
n Demonstrated ability to communicate technical nconcepts / offerings to internal and external stakeholders
n Excellent verbal and written communications kills
n Excellent presentation delivery skills
n Fluent in English, both speech and writing
n Proficiency in Arabic is preferred but nonessential
