We are Hiring Real estate Coordinator for our Company to work hand in hand has experience in Abu Dhabi.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Can handle customers / clients related to real estate
  • Have a Good Knowledge of MS OFFICE Suite Products.
  • Can post the listing and Advertisements through the online portals
  • Coordinate with the company Sales Agents.
  • Ability to work under pressure and know how to handle difficult clients with a positive and confident manner.
  • Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, highly valued
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills
  • Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and know to handle difficult clients with a positive and confident manner
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills to handle administrative tasks.
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills to track and monitor leads and feedback.
  • Working knowledge of social media for monitoring and advertising purposes.
  • Leads the creation of presentation materials for business development efforts
  • Ability to read and understand standard business documentation
  • Manages team's CRM tool to track and monitor all real estate leads and opportunities through business development cycle
  • Facilitates communication and interaction between field team and real estate accounts as needed
  • Ability to create content for different listings on different portals and social media
  • Handling customer calls, messages and data entry in the CRM.
  • Follow up calls with clients and sales Team
  • Arranging Viewings with sales team (if required)
  • very good communication skills
  • Basic accounting knowledge is advantage
  • Immediate Joining
  • Salary AED 2000 to 3000 + Commissions
