JOB INDICATORS

Execution : Delivers own work within a narrower job area to meet operational and quality standards. May use limited discretion to perform routine tasks in an effective way, but largely applies set procedures, processes and standards to achieve defined outcomes.

Problem Solving : Applies existing procedures / standards and may suggest solutions in regard to routine or standard proscribed problems under supervision.

Follows specific instructions and a defined approach to assist more experienced members of the team in carrying out well defined technical or administrative tasks with predetermined outcomes.

Business Development / Client : Assists with the preparation of proposals for routine projects. Explains standard information to employees, colleagues and / or clients where said information is clearly documented.

Networks with professionals in local area.

  • People Management : Requests training and mentoring as needed on new tasks. Is responsible for managing personal contribution only within own team with guidance from supervisor or senior team member;
  • or is responsible for managing personal contribution only within own team under direct supervision.

    Communication : Communicates progress on specific tasks, and reports on issues that may arise that could cause delays / obstacles in a timely manner.

    Is proactive in identifying a decrease in own workload and informs Supervisor when additional tasks are needed to maintain utilization within allocated time.

    Direction Received : Decisions are guided by the project requirements; receives guidance from Supervisor and Project Director or Project Manager.

    Receives supervision and general review of all aspects of work.
