Primary Position Objective
Maintaining the restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality goals. They will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

preparing Branch report of Sales to be on Daily, Weekly, Monthly
control stock levels and ordering
Plan the employee roaster & transportation and discuss with the Multi Branch Manager
Make sure all staff have the necessary Gov documentation when operating and report any issues
