Job Role : ES MEA Regional SalesManager
As an ES Regional Sales Manager, your mainresponsibilities will involve :
Functioning as a change agent by driving processanalysis, understanding markets and trends in given region andchange to continually improve results
Servingas a customer agent and point of contact; ensuring customeradvocacy throughout customer solution process by functioning as aquality, execution and continuous improvement champion relative tointra and inter-departmental issues.
ProvidingTechnical Engineered Solutions direction with regard toconversions, modifications, upgrades and rerates for a givenregion.
This will include Steam Turbine, Compressor, Axials andExpanders for both Elliott and Non-Elliott fleets.
Working directly with the Regional Director and RegionalSales Leaders to develop strategic and tactical plans to enhanceengineered solution'
s value for both internal and externalcustomers.
Being a strong customer advocatewith regard to operational excellence (on time delivery and qualityfor example).
Making or exceeding bookingstargets for given regions.
Generatingenthusiasm and excitement around engineered solutions within theinternal selling team.
Building and growingopportunities pipeline for both Elliott and Non-Elliotequipment.
Driving "Pro ActiveInitiative" to successful customer relationshipdevelopment, opportunities pipeline and eventual tangibleorders.
Collecting, analyzing, understandingand making recommendations to Regional Leaders and EngineeredSolutions Staff with regard to engineered solutions offerings froma marketing and regional perspective.
Identifying significant trends and develop strategicplans accordingly. Be instrumental in working with marketing todevelop tools to enable the sales team.
Directionally focus, provide guidance and technicalengineered solutions support to sales team to ultimately closeorders.
Providing oversight for the EngineeredSolutions Business interests with regard to any executionactivities taking place in given region.
Focussing on as sold margin vs actual margin for ordersreceived from region.
As the most SeniorEngineered Solutions Person in given region, provide day to daysite / regional guidance for Engineered Solutionsemployees.
Working with commercial teams toensure accurate market based pricing, cost, lead time and marginfor all engineered solution opportunities in region.
Performspecial projects as directed by superiors.
Performing work in line with ISO 9001 QualitySystem
As an ES Regional Sales Manager, your skillsand qualifications will ideally include :
Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent(compressor and Steam Turbine preferably)
10+years of experience in an engineered-to-order productmanufacturer.
Hands on knowledge of rotatingequipment with a high level of business acumen.
Previous experience in various fields such as technicalsales, application engineering, accounting and changemethodologies.
Experience in negotiations,customer contact and organization dynamics.
Proven proficiency in integrating broadly definedobjectives into functional goals and metrics.
Logistic, analytical and problem solvingskills.
Extensive understanding of Elliottproducts, processes, procedures and personnel. Non-Elliott productknowledge required to expand engineered solutions regionalfootprint.
Strong communication skills, bothverbal and written including conflict resolution.
Fluent in English is a must, any additional languages isa plus
Proficiency with MS Office in Word,Excel and MS Project
