Respond to guest requestsfor special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation,reservations, dry cleaning) by making arrangements or identifyingappropriate providers.
Respond to special requests from guests withunique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Gather,summarize, and provide information to guests about the property andthe surrounding area amenities, including special events andactivities.
Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages,requests, questions, or concerns. Contact appropriate individual ordepartment (e.
g., Bellperson, Housekeeping) as necessary to resolveguest call, request, or problem. Review shift logs / daily memo booksand document pertinent information in logbooks.
Monitor club loungefor seating availability, service, safety, and well-being ofguests.
Report accidents, injuries,and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety trainingand certifications. Follow all company policies and procedures,ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional,maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protectcompany assets.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according tocompany standards, anticipate and address guests’ serviceneeds, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests withgenuine appreciation.
Speak with others using clear andprofessional language, prepare and review written documentsaccurately and completely, and answer telephones using appropriateetiquette.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships withothers, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respondappropriately to the concerns of other employees.
Comply withquality assurance expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walkfor an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
Move,lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than orequal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable jobduties as requested by Supervisors.
