Job Role : Sr. Manager - DigitalArchitecture
1.Identifies and clarifies customers current and future businessinitiatives and needs and respective technicalrequirements.
2.Collects information fromcustomer about their existing IT and telecommunicationsinfrastructure and conducts requirements analyses.
3.Communicates with respective Sales and Security SalesSpecialists to understand customers history, competitiveenvironment, planned strategy, tactics and other salesactivities.
4.Ensures that information onexisting products and services is available by interfacing withProduct Marketing, Product Development, Service Delivery andEngineering / Network Security.
5.Creates demandon customers side
6.Provides technicalleadership / support / advice on the development of proposals, bids andsolution selling related to Digital Security Services.
7.Researches software and hardware products or DigitalSecurity Services, and finds best solutions and prices to meetbusiness requirements.
Subsequently, present and translate thedesign to customers to ensure the solution / service will meet thecustomers' requirements.
8.Assessesprice, performance and quality relationships for each solution aswell as its total cost of use.
9.Comparespossible Digital Security services / solutions with competitorssolutions in terms of price, quality and performance and preparessupporting arguments for presentation and negotiation withcustomer.
10.Identifies current and futureopportunities for cross and up-selling and proposes them toSales / Security Sales Specialists.
11.Providestechnical advice to Sales / Security Sales Specialists and givestechnical direction, guidance and higher level technicalsupport.
12.Develops winning proposals forcustomer requirements / RFPs, working closely with Etisalat Legalfunction,Sales Manager, Product marketing and vendor partners.
Carries out effective customer presentations to present solutionsproposed.
13.Supports Professional Services andProject Management teams and Etisalat contracts in developingproject plans, negotiating and drafting scope of work and contractdocuments.
14.Develops training and Conductstraining sessions to sales on Etisalat Services andproducts.
15.Presents Etisalat in technical andmarketing events working closely with product marketing to presentEtisalat products and services.
16.Continuouslyevaluates existing security services, proposes product enhancementsand making sure with Product Management team that enhancements arecommercialized
