Lead and manage the vision for the software division across the region that includes building the ecosystem of vendors, partners and prospective customer base
Recruit, train and lead team members in various functions of the company including Sales, Pre-sales, marketing and delivery governance.
Manage Vendor relations across EMEA to develop winning distribution strategies across the MENA market. This includes partner landscape, resource augmentation and solution creation
Lead the engagement with your counterparts from global enterprise software vendors and strategic partners across the region
Develop and implement an annual sales plan in conjunction with all departments to provide solutions for business transformation.
This should detail the yearly activity to meet the company strategic objectives for promoting the Software portfolio to the right sales channel
Solid understanding of P&L to guide decision making for growth
Achieve both the quarterly and annual sales goals as detailed in the annual compensation plan.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Computer Science
Minimum of 10 years in Solution Selling for Enterprise IT applications working for either a recognized vendor or Tier 1 partner
Minimum of 5 years leading and managing teams at a Tier 1 software company across the Middle East and North Africa market.
Solid Technical understanding of IT applications and where they fit in the enterprise particularly IT Enterprise Management and Data Management
Proven and demonstrated track record in Sales and customer success
