What you will bedoing :
Lead and manage allaspects of the hotel departments and ensure all service standardsare followed with friendly and engaging service
Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking andnotifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for ourguests
Maximize rooms & F&Brevenue through participating in yield management meetings andimplementing supporting agreed upon Revenue Management strategiesand practices
Yourexperience and skills include :
Service focused personality is essential and previousleadership experience required
Priorexperience working with Opera or a related system
Proven ability to build and maintain good relationshipswith all stakeholders
Communicate thoughts,actions and opportunities clearly with strong networkingskills
Ability to lead by example, believe ina strong team culture and set the scene for high performance

The pre-openingproject consists of 3 famous Accor brands Adagio, Novotel andMovenpick hotels which will have a total of 885 rooms.
