Deliver weekly trainingsessions to our DSD workforce as per the syllabus, local laws,industry best practice and company policy.
Maintain a high standard of teaching and coaching throughinteractive and engaging sessions. Fosterteacher / student relationship in groups where student abilitiesvary using methods to promote self-esteem such as praising andencouraging and recognition of progress orachievement.
Create a positive learningenvironment. Offer initiatives to continuallyimprove the teaching methods and learningexperiences.
Develop lesson plans which engagestudents and deliver challenging learningexperiences. Develop educational material foruse in the training sessions.
Review and offerimprovements to the existing training room layout andfunctionality. Carry out impartial assessmentsof students to ensure that they are competent in the areas beingassessed and ready to move up through the company gradingstructure.
Assist the Administrator in creatingindividual training and development plans. Issue weekly and monthly updates to the Administrator for inclusionin the corporate monthly reporting.
Maintaintraining and competency records. Maintainworking knowledge of all relevant local laws and codes relating tothe field in which they are training ensuring information is passedon is accurate and up to date.
