MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To support and guide the development of employee competence through the facilitation of various clinical learning and development programmes and deliver training interventions that will enable clinical licensing for clinical employees in line with regulatory requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Identify and assess the learning and development needs of employees
Develop learning and development interventions that effectively address learning needs
Deliver planned learning and development activities
Plan and facilitate the nursing orientation for new nurses
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of learning and development interventions
Document and report the outcome of learning and development interventions
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Bachelor of Science with a minimum of 3 years duration from a recognised nursing institute
Post graduate diploma or certificate in Nursing Education from a recognised nursing institute is desired
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
At least 2-3 years' relevant experience within a healthcare clinical education setting or 3 years in neonatal ICU setting
