Job Description

Axios International is seeking a Senior Researcher to join the Consulting team and be based in Dubai, UAE.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Consulting, the role holder will drive and collaborate with multiple stakeholders internally and externally to research, organize and develop Real World Evidence (RWE) plans and design RWE studies.

The role holder be responsible for leading and developing the research projects from design, protocol development, statistical methods, data management and analysis and result interpretation.

The role holder will also work with the Consulting group across a range of research and access strategy assignments.

S)He will maintain on-going and frequent communication with Project Team Leaders within Axios.

S)He will also attend meetings, conferences, and program training, while participating in multiple projects simultaneously in tight deadlines.

The Senior Researcher will be fluent in English, written and spoken, and have good presentation skills.

The role holder should possess a statistical degree with at least 5 years' experience in conducting and leading healthcare research projects.

Consulting / project management experience is welcome.
