The role of theInspector Expo Airspace Security (EAS) is to provide aviationInspections, Audits and Airspace activations observation, supportand coordination including System Management against functionalactivities against goals and objectives for both prevent and eventphases.
The main responsibilities of the roleinclude :
Support theairspace technical manager in the aviation inspection, audit,airspace activation supervision and coordination on a day to daybasis, ensuring an efficient service;
Maintain EAS management system coordinationand data entry;
Supportthe airspace technical manager in maintaining comprehensivedocumentation, plans and reports to keep up to date records ondeliverables for both pre-event and event phases;
Provide aviation inspection statusto the airspace technical manager EAS, ensuringcompliance, alignment and on track according to the aviationpolicies and procedures;
Support the airspace technical manager with coordinationsupport, ensuring effective integration with both internal andexternal stakeholders;
Coordinate day to day tasks with third party providerssuch as drones, pyrotechnics, other aerial activities andhelicopter operations by Falcon Aviation;
Handle issues and rectify where appropriateand within the role scope. Escalate for appropriate action to theairspace technical manager where needed.
1+years’ relevant work experience, as well as :
A Bachelor’s degree in PublicAviation Safety & Security, Aviation Management, or otherrelevant discipline or relevance;
Understanding of inspection, audits and aviation / airspaceaspects;
Strongcommunication skills, both written and oral in Arabic andEnglish;
StrongPlanning and Organization skills;
Demonstrated Research skills;
IT literate, in particular with Excel, and itsformulas.
