1. Engage on daily support needed for thecustomers, dealers and event (including schedule after officehours)
2. Assist service centers that needon-site support on repair and installation, including after mallhours schedule
3. conduct technical training toASC on new model, skills-up and refresher for runningmodels
4. Daily monitoring of LTP andCRRR
5. Submit report regualarly of failed LTPand CRRR due to technicians repair capability with recommendedaction plan
