Your responsibilities

  • Supervises customers in regard to topics related to quality
  • Responsible for the handling of all customer complaints.
  • Review the customer complaint and forward the customer complaint report to the responsible departments.
  • Review the analysis, correction & corrective action for customer complaint with the responsible departments.
  • Coordinate with Sales & Marketing for the result of investigation & actions for the customer complain.
  • Organizes and executes quality meetings.
  • Creates and administers quality relevant specifications such as inspection plans, specifications, drawings and packaging instructions including its review
  • Responsible for maintaining and defining SOPs related to quality department
  • IPQC data analysis and control (TIG)
  • Inline system management by conducting a healthy check for shop floor and warehouse (QA manager vs. QA SV)
  • Responsible for the handling of all internal complaint (NCR) (SV or MGR)
  • Review the analysis, correction & corrective action for NCR with the responsible departments and ensures validation / verification
  • Review monthly incoming material inspection report and summary of new samples report
  • Outside testing and control
  • Coordinates with the related departments for the results of trials and evaluations.
  • Review of new procedures and work instructions
  • Organizes and plans in-house trainings for his staff.
  • Sustain the 5 S
  • Management of Quality team members and definition of yearly targets
  • Evaluation of personnel according to expectations and targets
  • Updating specifications / MPMs according to SOPs
  • Representation of Q team during operation meeting incl. relevant KPI updates
  • Maintaining Quality budget targets and preparation of Quality budget
  • Responsible for QMS system and audits
  • Prepares the monthly Quality Performance report KPI
  • Prepares the monthly customer complain & Returned summary report.
  • Prepares the monthly NCR summary report
  • Your competencies and qualifications

  • Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Chemistry field.
  • Minimum 10 years working experience in a plastic manufacturing company.
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in Quality Management.
  • Must have working knowledge on ISO 9001 & ISO 22000
  • Knowledge in MS office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Knowledge in Oracle application (ERP, PSR)
  • Good in verbal and written English.
  • Technical training, support and education in order to manage the accounts professionally
