Ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years UAEexperience as a Credit Controller with a large diversified groupbased in Dubai.
Candidates only with the specified experience willbe considered.
Managing all aspectsof the credit control function across the UAE.
Review of Customers Age Analysis and Highlight anyconcerns / potential bad debts to the management in a timelymanner
Control on invoicing as per creditlimit and company policies
Developing andreview the collection policies and procedures.
Constantly monitoring the debtors ageing brackets andstart debt recovery procedures, stop supply of goods and servicesif necessary, Taking legal action in the event of default inpayments.
Maintain and review CreditFacilities (as required due to order levels) to maximize saleswithout compromising the risk factors in accordance with creditpolicy.
Provide 1st line resolution forcustomer discrepancies and escalate accordingly using thedesignated process.
Facilitate continuousimprovement in all area of services offered by the creditdept.
Manage and maintain customer recordfiles in line with audit requirements.
Organize / attend customer visits as required.
Weekly credit review with Finance Manager and circulatingweekly debtors reports to senior management.
Preparing cash-flow forecasts on a monthlybasis.
Identifying and resolving customerqueries and issues, further developing the team members'skills in this area
Ongoing improvement ofprocesses to enhance quality and efficiency of invoice to cashcycle.
Ensuring company credit control policyis adhered to at all times and assisting with its furtherdevelopment.
