Job Description & SummaryPwC’s Academy is looking for a candidate who thrives ondealing with people (of all
grades) and who isorganised and capable of maintaining focus on multiple projectsat
the same time. Knowledge of the Academy ispreferable but not required, although the
candidatewill be expected to learn about these services quickly ifappointed. This
person will work closely with local andregional teams and perform a wide variety of
operational activities.The candidate will work closely with the UAEAcademy PQ
head and perform a wide variety of salessupport and lead generation activities.

You’ll work withsales and marketing teams to drive consistency in executing ourclient relationship, and business development strategy, as well asdriving our sales framework to help deliver value on key businessinitiatives.
Sales Support :
Advise / counsel queries relating to PQs including but not limited FIA,ACCA,
CMA, CPA, CFA, CIPD, DipIFR, CIMA, ICAEW,PwC’s Management.
Development Programme andnon-PQs (open courses) directing students to
the bestsuited programmes.
Support personnel for customerinteraction, engagement and relationship
Convert leads to registered students statusas per the sales targets. Support
the entire salesprocess from lead generation and negotiation, to closing
Support Retail Sales :
o Incoming and outgoingcalls to enquiries generated from marketing activities
o Cold calls
o Contactingold or unqualified leads
o Providing salessupport
Support sales and other promotional eventsincluding but not limited to open
days, info sessions,workshops, field trips, student benefit sessions, School
and University career fairs, exhibitions and social events togenerate leads
Communicating effectively with clients / customers, ensuring minimum
