Responsibilities : - Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc.

to draft and produce correspondence and documents

  • Providing telephone support and dealing with email enquiries
  • Carrying out basic banking and clerical tasks such as typing correspondence, sending out emails and faxes, making copies and sorting the mail
  • Monitors office operations
  • Maintaining the office files; filing, labeling, organizing and responding to requests for files from supervisors or other departments
  • Communicating with clients, outside vendors and staff members on behalf of employer
  • Managing and maintaining budgets and expenses, as well as invoicing
  • Scheduling, keeping diaries and arranging appointments for other personnel
  • Description : Apec Global Limited has an opening for a passionate and dynamic general administrator with minimum 5 years of administrative or business support experience.

    English proficiency is our priority as the job requires various types of communication. Pleasant and helpful personality both in person and via the telephone is of importance.

    No strong background knowledge in oil and gas business is needed. However, familiarity with business correspondence and report writing is essential.

    The working hours are from 8 : 30 to 17 : 30 (one hour break included) five days a week (Fridays and Saturdays off).
