As Senior Product Manager, you’ll be workingwithin a cross-functional team of Product, Engineers and Design, aswell as working with colleagues from Data, Logistics, Strategy, ourPartner teams, and more, to deliver seamless and delightfulconsumer experiences.
Alongside your Design and Engineering colleagues,you’ll champion customer-development and data analysisefforts to find new opportunities and de-risk our bets, as well asworking to deliver high-quality solutions that validate ourassumptions and meet our users’ needs.

Build and roll-out newproducts.
Own the discovery process end-to-endand be the leading voice of the consumer in your cross-functionalteam.
Work closely with the design andresearch teams to de-risk our bets and assumptions throughdiscovery and customer development.
Work withyour cross-functional squad to rapidly ideate, prototype anditerate on the solutions.
Work with ourinternal stakeholders, Logistics and Strategy teams to design andlaunch features. And work with Marketing and Brand ongo-to-market.
Own the product experienceend-to-end, be accountable for your product KPIs.
Own the prioritization of features based on the impactand values connecting with squad KPIs.
Measurethe success of the launched product, and optimise.
Own stakeholder communications on the new productdelivery.
What Did We Order?
At least 5 years of experience in digitalproduct management
Experience translatingbusiness strategy and analysis into the consumer facingproducts
Solid experience in Agile productmanagement, and experience improving team ways of working throughreflection and collaboration.
You have ademonstrated record of successfully launching new products andexperiences to the market
You havedemonstrated experience in improving consumer-facing productsthrough various tools and techniques
You’re going to be responsible for delivering amobile experience, so you must have worked on a product teamfocusing on web or mobile applications for a few years
You possess the ability to deliver on insights obtainedthrough customer research and interaction data by driving productvision and strategy
You are deeply analyticaland data literate, and have a passion for using data to gaininsight and make decisions
You are a teamplayer who is excited about delivering outcomes through yourteam.
