The ideal candidate should have the following :

  • A strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and platforms i.e. social media, SEO, website, SEM, Intranet etc.
  • Excellent English writing skills (Arabic is also desirable)
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • The ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail Skills and experience
  • Manage the development, alignment and execution of the firm’s digital marketing and social media strategy across the MENA region.
  • Develop channel specific content that is relevant to target markets to increase engagement online.
  • Plan and execute the search engine optimization / search engine marketing strategy in order to improve search engine result performance, optimizing digital channels on-page and off-page.
  • Managing the information architecture, user experience planning, wire framing, design, implementation, content management system and execution of the firm’s website and internal Intranet page.
  • Planning, management and execution of the My Tamimi App - a client facing mobile app that gives users access to a vast database of content to manage their legal matter information.
  • Creating a multi-platform internal and external marketing campaign to promote the app.

  • Manage the video production project to showcase the firm as a thought leader in its current field. This includes working alongside the in-house videographer to build the infrastructure needed to execute timely and high quality videos.
  • The successful candidate will be required to line manage the in-house videographer to ensure objectives and the day-to-day management of pre / post production video content is executed.
  • Setting engagement metrics, and monitoring and analysis of data to measure, report and improve performance against set objectives. Oversee digital analytics.
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders inside and outside the organization, creating open communication channels and creating internal awareness campaigns to ensure alignment on the strategy, positioning and the organization’s objectives.
  • Managing and maintaining a strong working relationship with the firm’s digital and SEO agency to ensure objectives are being met and the overall strategy is achieved.
  • Good copywriting and proof reading skills to ensure content is accurate and fit for purpose on relevant channels.
