Salary : Negotiable Job Reference : SR151 Location : Abu Dhabi Division : Emiratisation Our client, a prestigious and high level government entity in Abu Dhabi is currently searching for a strategic, hands-on, and forward thinking Senior Director of Shared Services to lead the development, implementation and evaluation of best-in-class strategies that support the entity in achieving its vision & strategic goals.

The roleSupervise the organisations Human Capital, Finance, Procurement, Digital & IT and Legal unitsEnsure the sections output and deliverables are of the highest standards and follow local, regional and international best practice and recommendationsProvide inspirational leadership to empower and motivate the team to deliver high quality output and an exceptional service level Work closely with the Leadership to inform the organisation's strategy and improve its performance, leveraging data & analytics and presenting quantitative and qualitative supporting analysisPromote and encourage innovation across all areas Client requirementsUAE national with family bookMasters in Business Management, Finance, MBA or relevant degree;

Certificate in Managerial Finance or equivalentMinimum 20 years of professional experience from a similar backgroundAbility to translate strategy into operational and project plans through a highly engaging and robust people-driven, inspirational and visionary approachExcellent executive-level communication skills
