Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Evaluate key productivity indicators and implement process improvement initiatives. Develop positive working relationship with the support divisions and operations team to ensure proper operational support.

Develop and implement solutions effective for improving sales efficiency and performance. Work closely with the Management & Board to set and / or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation To direct the company into a profitable organization without forfeiting its credibility, quality and service motives.

To Plan, organize, direct, and control business operations and leasing programs (Full Service Leasing / Operational Leasing Products) and other related products.

To handle the stream-lining of the business of such a well-established branch and advice the management on the optimal policy to streamline the sales in UAE and the best policy to adapt in the country thus increasing the market share.

Coordinate in setting the pricing strategy and promotional plans for sales with regular studies of the market needs for highly demanded Cars and to share decisions for the quantity needed for every brand, and assist the management in acquiring the fleet of the company creating a competitive edge for the company.

To develop and implement customer relationship and mutual deals with prospective Corporate companies, highly influential individuals, etc To keep the Management & Board regularly informed of the progress and results of business operations for conformity with established objectives, programs and budgets, and of all important internal and external factors influencing the business.

Define, recommend and control operating and financial objectives; develop, in conjunction with department managers, short- and long-term plans and proposals with supporting budget requests and financial estimates for each operational area for different products.

Prepare fleet renewal plans & participate in selling old fleet & purchasing replacements, advising best timing for selling cars according to revenue verses expenses per each car to insure the best profitable fleet size & mixture.

  • Prepare monthly forecasts & year outlook to ensure profit levels are maintained & targets are met.
