The IS Leader will be leading a team of Information Services Managers and the ISHELP Team Leader in the delivery of optimal IS services and solutions across the EMEA economic region.
The candidate will work as an integral member of the global IS Leadership Team in the delivery of the Global IS Strategy and business plans.
The candidate should be able to communicate and deliver the IS strategy in a concise manner. This is a Leadership role, and we seek for an individual who can lead, engage, collaborate and mentor the team cross regionally.
The preferred location will be in the UK, but we are flexible depending on the experience you can bring to GHD.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Lead and drive your team in the delivery of high levels of client satisfaction across the economic region, foster a client focused service culture
Engage regularly with the CEO, Executive General Managers, Digital and Advisory leaders and other senior management in the economic region to develop relationships and a deep understanding of regional business objectives and how IS can add value
Develop and deliver the local IS strategy that aligns with the Enterprise IS strategy and supports the local business objectives and operations.
Translate business plans into goals for the IS Managers, the ISHELP Team Leader and team.
Develop and foster collaborative, inclusive and positive relationships with your team, ISLT and other IS teams to enable optimal delivery of IS strategies
Ensure the delivery of optimal IS services, deployments and projects across the economic region aligned with business requirements
Ensure IS governance and other policies and procedures are developed, maintained and adhered to across the region.
Ensure Disaster Recovery plans are complete and managed in line with business stakeholder expectations in the Business and are regularly tested.
Ensure ongoing improvements and innovations to IS services and systems are encouraged and supported from your team.

About you :
MBA, master’s degree in Information Technology, Business or related field
Proven ability of up to 15 years or more in a large and / or global professional services organization including in a senior management or CIO position
Experience on senior leadership teams and working with Executives
Experience in leading large IT transformation projects and technology deployments and / or large scale cultural change, building effective teams and raising levels of client service
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft core technologies, including cloud, coupled with an understanding of system interdependencies
Complex problem solving and analytical skills
High level of commercial acumen
Strong leadership skills, ability to build effective teams, lead and inspire others
Proactive, professional and collaborative communication style
Highly developed stakeholder relationship skills, strong influencer and negotiator
