Female Filipino Admin Executive secretary needed in Dubai United Arab Emirates. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Should perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems and performing basic book keeping work.
Read and analyze incoming memos,submissions and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution is major duty of successful candidates.
The successful candidate should open and sort, and distribute incoming correspondence including faxes and email if available at all times.
Should also file and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports of all activities taking place at the office on a daily basis.
Preferred applicants will greet visitors, welcome them and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
The preferred candidate will also have the responsibility of preparing responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
JOB REQUIREMENTS. Experience in Microsoft Power Point,Excel Sheet, MS Word, Accounting, CRM And Also Designing Skills Will Be Added Advantage (Knowledge Of Adobe Software Photoshop,Illustrator etc.
Interested applicants must have 2 to 3 years experience in the admin Job work with a reputable company. The Preferred candidates should be female and of Filipino Origin very reliable and willing to work full time.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are required to maintain good employee and customer relationships.
Reliable knowledge in computer applications most especially Microsoft office packages such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Access.
Must have a high typing speed to effectively carry out this work and meet the required deadlines and schedules.
