Job Description

Sales Administrative Job Opening in Dubai. we are looking for Sales Administrative for one of our client based company in Dubai.

o Sales Order Entry / Amendment

o Purchase Order Entry and order status follow up

o Order expediting and shipment

o Invoicing and follow up until payment received

o Provide documentation packages

o Signing the customers invoices

o Keeping the record of VME Stock material in pentagon

o Checking all the supplier invoices & approve for payment

o KPI's on allocated customers / suppliers

o Ensure accurate data input in SAP

o Meeting with key customers. Requirements :

o Required to have experience in this area of work and with a good level of education.

o Accomplished computer skills - proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint and SAP is a must

o Have the ability to work with & guide the team.

o Is able to accept tasks and deadlines specified by others, with minimal supervision.

o Is able to prioritise and mange administrative tasks for several customers.

o Manages and delivers on tasks given

o Manage time effectively by understanding priorities to achieve results.

o Fluent in written and spoken English.

o Proficient communication skills required for liaison with other members of staff and customers / mills.
