Job Details : Handle the processing of allorders with accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate sales team bymanaging schedules, filing important documents and communicatingrelevant information.
Respond to complaints from customers and giveafter-sales support when requested. Ensure the adequacy ofsales-related equipment or material.
Monitor the team’sprogress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements Store andsort financial and non-financial data in electronic form andpresent reports.
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems,Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material orevents.
Job Requirements : Diploma or bachelor’s degree inany related discipline. Minimum two to three years of experience asa Sales Coordinator.
Must have the ability to form strong businessrelationships at all levels in the organization. Must be able tospeak and understand English.
