Claims The position to be based in JLT Dubai The purpose of the role is to describe the formal documented Quality Complaint handling process established by Jindal Films Europe International and to ensure that all occurrences of non-

conforming goods delivered to a customer are thoroughly investigated and that customers receive proper feedback on request Key responsibilities are Collection of necessary information to enter the claim Request customer for further details if incomplete info provided Creation of the complaint Cross check Claim entry Acknowledge the claim with customer Route the claim for Claim validation endorsement in Luxemburg Send request to Traffic for return of goods Goods Returns Adjusting Additional costs to fit other costs matrix Issue of the Manual Automatic credit notes in SAP Claims team to address all the call received with reference to the Quality complaints under Claims Collection of necessary information to enter the claim All invoice download from SAP -
