About the Role :
As Receptionist,you will be responsible to provide professional and customerfocused service to our guests, ensuring their stay will become amemorable experience.
Responsibilities andessential job functions include but are not limited to thefollowing :
Provide prompt, courteous and efficientservice to all guest, so as to achieve a high level of customersatisfaction through personalized service from arrival tilldeparture.
Ensure guests are personally greeted byname, if known and escorted to their room to make them feelexpected and welcomed.
Conduct in room & hotelfamiliarization and assist guest in hotel activity enquiries / requests.
Maintain an up to date knowledge of hotelinformation and local services, including operating hours,promotions, events, attractions and any allied information torespond to guest queries.
Maintain an awareness of ratelevels to be sold on a daily basis and the occupancy levels.
Accurately administer Front Desk cashiering standards andcomply with all laid down systems, policies and procedures.
Process accounts from check-in to check-out, ensuringaccurate postings of all incidental charges using computerizedFront Office systems.
Maintain the privacy of allguests by ensuring that no details of the guests aredisclosed.
Demonstrate a complete understanding of thehotel's policies, procedures and service standards and havefull knowledge of the hotel facilities and happenings.
Must be fluent inArabic
