As Steward you must adhere to hotel specifications and standards in operating the dishwashing machine to wash designated Restaurant and Kitchen wares, clean and maintain equipment and Dishwashing/ Kitchen/ Cafeteria/ Compactor and Storage areas. You will further assist in washing pots, pans and other kitchen utensils. While doing so you will actively support the kitchen team, providing clean equipment. You would need to complete other special cleaning projects as assigned.
• High School Diploma or equivalent vocational training
• Must have worked at least 6 months as a Steward in Hotels and Restaurants
• Perform duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy and follow-through
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling
• Strongly committed to teamwork and customer service
• Eyes for details to achieve operation excellence
Able to relocate to the isolated place
