We are looking fora Regional BodyshopManager who will manage the expected growthand the activities of Body Shop on a daily basis for smooth,efficient and profitable operations.
Among your key responsibilities are as follow :
Ensure staff’s execution of assignedjobs according to established work standards, specifications andrequired time
Maintain the discipline, safeand clean work area through strict implementation of company rules,regulations and procedures
Develop contacts togain new customers, retain existing customers and obtain favourableresponse from Insurance Companies / institutions to increaseturnover and profits.
Ensure the involvementof Customer Relations Department personnel wherever required tosolve customer concerns
Ensure customersatisfaction for enhanced business levels and CustomerRetention.
Establish clear communication withcustomer and staff to enhance job completion, quality and developcustomer confidence.
Ensure top quality workjob by matching principals’ repair standards. EnhancingCustomer Satisfaction and diminish return jobs.
Ensure staff and workshop discipline for efficiency,quality and professionalism of job.
Ensureconsistent growth in business volumes to achieve company budgetobjectives of increasing turnover, profit, gross marginsetc.
Ensure high level of productivity toincrease profits and quick turnover of job.
Ensure satisfactory financial performance, namelyturnover, gross margin and expense control to achievecompany’s budgetary objectives.
Ensure on time debt collection.
Develop the team to a level of proficiency that enablesthem to deliver outstanding quality of service.
Ensure that Toyota minimum standards that enables them todeliver outstanding quality of service.
Determine and provide resources needed to support theoperation (manpower, infrastructure, tools, etc.)
Reviewed employee performance on a regular basis andensured customer satisfaction.
Provide moralsupport, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning andopportunities
Ensure team compliance with theALAC Quality Management System and participation withorganization’s improvement activities
Ensure tasks are carry out with care ensuring not toendanger the life either of themselves or others by theirs acts oromissions whilst complying with health and safety requirements ofthe company and preventing any harm to the environment.
Ensure the establishment, documentation, implementation,standardization and sustenance of processes for the effectivenessof QMS in order to emphasize in achieving Customer Satisfaction,Product Quality & Process improvement.
The ideal candidate for thisrole should have the following qualification, skills andexperience :
Degree in Automobile orMechanical Engineering or any technical related field.
5-7 years in a reputed workshop out of which 3 years inmanagerial level
Customer centric approach andoperationally proactive by nature will be highly needed for thisrole to ensure daily departmental tasks, routines and resources areavailable to deliver high quality services.
You must have strong communication skills, be a confidentdecision maker, have excellent leadership skills and be able toinfluence others.
You will be an engagingleader with a skill for developing talent, a drive forresult.
