Duties & Responsibilities Answer anddirect phone calls Organize and schedule meetings and appointmentsMaintain contact lists Produce and distribute correspondence memos,letters, faxes and forms Assist in the preparation of regularlyscheduled reports Develop and maintain a filing system Order officesupplies Provide general support to visitors Provide information byanswering questions and requests Carry out administrative dutiessuch as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

  • Writeletters and emails Cover the reception desk when required Maintaincomputer and manual filing systems Coordinate office proceduresReply to email, telephone or face to face inquiries Resolveadministrative problems Receive, sort and distribute the mailAnswer telephone calls and pass them on Coordinate repairs tooffice equipment Photocopy and print out documents on behalf ofother colleagues Provide administrative support to ensure efficientoperation of the office Ensure that all Administrative Assistantduties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality andin a timely manner Support managers and employees through a varietyof tasks related to organization andcommunication
