Female, Graduate, Smart, Presentable, Good Oral and Written Communication Skills and 3 or more years of experience in similar field in UAE.
Able to multi-task, work under pressure, relevant IT (MS Office-Word, Excel, Outlook etc.,) skills, organization and presentation skills, etc.
Answering phone calls and emails, correspondence, maintain dairy, arrange meetings / party and taking minutes, creating and maintaining filing systems, travel arrangements, purchasing, sales, co-
ordination and accommodation, Driver schedule, attendance and OT, fleet management and lots of other administration works as per the superiors.
Attendance and OT. Liaising with staffs, ordering and maintaining stationary, sorting mails, printing and copying of various documents, training and delegating junior staffs, arranging events, Calculation and payment of petrol, telephone, electricity, traffic fine, handling of petty cash etc.
