Charterhouse is working with an established client who is looking to hire an Assistant Restaurant Manager for their soon to open, a brand new upscale venue.
As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be involved in the developmental process and overall running of the venue which consists of 3 different culinary experiences.
You will be responsible in supervising all daily food and beverage operations and assist with customer relations management, data analysis and menu engineering.
You will also play a vital part in all staff training and maintaining standards at all times.
The successful candidate should be a strong leader, great communicator with exceptional attention to detail, currently working as Assistant Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in an established upscale dining venue.
