Job Duties :

  • Achieve positiveoutcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure anefficient reception experience for Guests, including check in / out,and complete audit procedures, as required
  • Ensure that theGuest Service Manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedbackfrom guests and, or, other departments
  • Demonstrate a highlevel of customer service at all times
  • Attend appropriatetraining courses, when required, and assist with the NightTeam’s training and development efforts
  • Maximize roomoccupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel servicesand facilities
  • Comply with hotelsecurity, fire regulations and all health and safetylegislation
  • Follow companybrand standards
  • Assist otherdepartments, as necessary. Requirements :
  • Previousexperience in a customer-focused industry
  • Positive attitudeand good communication skills
  • Excellent groomingstandards
  • Calm, efficient,and organized with great attention to detail
  • Ability tomulti-task while maintaining a positive attitude when working witha Guest
  • Professionalmanner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service
  • Ability towork on your own and as part of a team
  • Competent level ofIT proficiency.
