Role Purpose The position is the senior finance business partner responsible for the Banking and Capital Financing management performance reporting analysis and client reporting The job holder also supports the regional head of Banking in his her oversight of GBM PCM and GTRF businesses Principal Accountabilities Impact on the Business Provide accurate and timely MI with forward looking business insight Tracking performance vs comparable and AOP in order to understand drivers and translate analysis in to actionable decision support input Drive strategic operating plan processes including challenging the business to formulate realistic growth strategies and plans Ensure coordination of regional business agenda with global directives Customers Stakeholders Develop a trusted advisor relationship with the business heads and their teams on all finance related matters Active engagement with country global product sector and global function to support the business Banking CF CFO office Leadership Teamwork Communicate regularly with regional business heads and country CEOs and CFOs as well as global functional heads to resolve whole range of business analysis issues Drives and leads change Effectively leverages the capabilities within the GB M finance team and across the regional network while creating opportunities for growth Operational Effectiveness Control Able to make appropriate decisions under pressure and use judgment appropriately Able to propose solutions to problems and present proposals in an articulate manner Drive the change agenda and drive improved quality of regional and global MI Major Challenges Ability to balance increased frequency of ad-

hoc requests from Senior Management for analytical support with the ongoing requirements to deliver to regular reporting and MI simplification and standardization The job holder will continually need to assess all requests and challenge the application of scarce resources for the provision of marginal information Stakeholder management specifically within the finance organization across Business Regional and Group dimensions Contribute to the deliverables under the client strategy initiative and HORIS Transformation Project and lead MENA efforts related to these programs from a finance perspective Understanding the capabilities and limitations of the Group MI Systems TM1 and MI Actuals to ensure the Business Finance teams are best positioned to utilize the information contained therein to support and challenge the BusinessProfile Summary : KeySkills : Profile Summary : KeySkills : Company Profile : HSBC Bank Middle East Ltd
