You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
The Director of Operations is responsible to function as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the selected Food and Beverage venues, to ensure that all the selected outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.
Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills and fluency in Arabic language is a must. Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of F&B in GCC region.
