The Position is based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Job Description :
Act as client focal point for inquiries and technical queries.
Scheduling and mobilising specialists, technicians and equipment.
Reviewing and compiling records, reports and maintenance information in line with client requirements.
Engaging and assisting management and other team members to deliver administration and technical support within the company.
Administration of assigned projects and financials.
Develop cost, time and resource schedules and assist in the preparation of proposals and tenders
Prepare detailed work procedures and reports in relation to projects executed
Complete purchasing and procurement of parts & materials in support of projects
Periodic site / offshore visits, when required, and prepare detailed reports
Contribute to proposals and tenders whilst assisting with business development tasks
Liaise with clients and subcontractors
Essential experience, skills and qualifications :
B.Sc., in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) and at least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
