s financial resources outside of Etisalatdonations through innovative programs - Develops managementreporting systems, internal policies, and quality consistency overCSR outputs.
Collaborates with the Board and appointed staff onthe development of the organization's strategic directionand objectives.
Works effectively with a team of talentedprofessionals to achieve the organization's vision. - Workscollaboratively with the Board to foster highly effectivecollaborations and achieve the organization'
s advocacyobjectives - including with Government agencies and NGOs. - Workswith the Etisalat Board, CCD and Etisalat HR to create and carryout the resource development plan.
Provides day-to-day leadershipto the appointed staff team. - Works with Etisalat supportingdepartments (e.g. HR, IT) to effectively implement CSR strategy -Ensures fiscal integrity, accountability for outcomes.
Developand implement policies and procedures for Corporate SocialResponsibility. - Provide Etisalat Foundation's Board ofDirectors progress updates and advice on CSR strategic roadmap.
Plan, support and lead the development of EtisalatFoundation's Board meetings. - Performs any other relatedduties as required.
