Responsibilities (Key responsibility andtasks)
Overall responsibility for the smooth running ofthe Middle East and Asia Offices, to include project management,policy implementation and compliance management, together withmanagement and mentoring of Office Managers / PAs and administrationsupport teamProvide direct and practical business managementleadership, strategy, compliance, and support the global businessexpansion.
Implements business management systemsImplementation ofCompany PoliciesChampion operational implementation of ethics andprivacy policies, including acting as Ethics & ComplianceOfficer support role for Middle East and Asia Offices.
Attend allmandatory Ethics & Compliance and Data Privacy training andteam meetings, together with undertaking relevant Ethics &Data Privacy checks in line with company policy.
Ensure all companyand business licences are maintainedEnsure all HR policies,procedures, employee inductions and training programmes areimplementedContributes to the development of robust organisationalstructure and effective business planWorks with directors and staffto set direction of company (vision, mission and values)Takes aleading role in the organisation, co-ordination and budgetmanagement of key industry and client guest eventsSupports thedeployment and use of latest marketing and corporate biddocumentsManagement of human resources for the Middle East and Asiaoffices, including recruitment, training & development,budget management, Agency Liaison, PDR processAct as MinuteSecretary at Asia and Middle East Board Meeting, together withtimely and accurate production of Meeting MinutesPreparation ofpresentations in an engaging and informative manner to supportBoard and Management reportsPreparation of monthly board andmanagement reports in respect of Business Management role anddeliverables.
Provide a strategic input into thebusinessReproduction of letters, reports and bid documentation,together with other general typing dutiesAddressing current workingpractices to maximise office and time efficienciesOverseeinggeneral office managementAttending conferences and seminars asappropriate and reporting findingsProvide legal, statutory andcorporate governance support to the Business ServicesDirector / local businessesTake ownership of the acquisition andrenewal of company insurances for the Middle East and Asia officesin liaison with the Business Services Director / Local officeDirectorsImplementation and ongoing management of Quality Assurancesystems and accreditationsManagement and supervision of officemanagers / PAs and AdminProvide Data Privacy Manager support to theBusiness Services Director and Middle East and Asia Offices, attendteam meetings and ensuring compliance against policyProvide riskmanagement compliance support for Middle East and Asia Offices,including attending all mandatory training and team meetings,together with undertaking relevant compliance threshold checks inline with company policyCollaborate with Business Entities on aglobal basis to develop and implement best practice policies andprocedures that support business needs.
Collaborate with othermembers of the Management Team to continually improve efficientinternal processes and drive business valueProvide Ethics &Compliance Officer support role for Middle East and Asia Offices,including attending all mandatory training and team meetings,together with undertaking relevant Ethics checks in line withcompany policy.
