Job Role : Telemarketing Manager
Working closely withSegment team & Decision Management in getting the leads& campaigns as a feeder for the Citigold TelemarketingOfficers.
The primary role of the team is to identify and acquireCitigold new-to-bank customers, as also upgrading existing Citibluecustomers to Citigold, for UAE and Bahrain.
Ensure that the team identifies new-to-bank Citigoldprospects, through cross-sell to existing card onlyclients
Ensure end-to-end tracking andmonitoring of the account fulfillment process by the BusinessDevelopment Officers
Upgrade existing Citibluerelationships to Citigold by upsizing current funding and deepeningthe relationship.
Deepen Citigoldrelationships and retain customer relationships
Generate referrals for Citibank offshore, wherein theclient prefers to open an account in London / Jersey orSingapore
Actively promote referrals frommember-get-member programme to generate a pipeline of Citigoldprospects.
Ensure the team is trained and wellversed on the product features as also the KYC norms andprocess.
Undertake regular call monitoring toensure that the client communication is consistent and aligned tointernal guidelines
Manage calling campaignsand queue assignment
Download all digital andCitiphone leads and track conversion
Work withthe DM team to identify initiatives and optimise callingcampaigns
Work with Digital marketing& Citi Gold segment team to identify & runcampaigns that could maximize lead generation along with qualityleads.
Maintain Citigold MIS for theunit
Ensure welcome calling for new-to-bankclients and ensure proactive redressal of customer issue
Deliver consistent and best-in-class customerservice
Meet the compliance and controlsstandards set by the Citigroup
DevelopmentValue : The eligible candidate will be ableto have a career path growing into a Citigold Acquisition TeamManager or within the Sales and Distribution roles and use hisacquired knowledge on products and clientexperience.
Knowledge / Experience :
5-7 years experience preferably in thefinancial services industry
Prior experiencein a role involving telesales / telemarketing
Prior experience of leading a team
Asset experience is also preferred
Excellent teamwork skills in order to cater to the variedunderstanding and support requirement of customers andprospects
Basic analytical skills required tocomprehend research and performance reports and to interpret themto offer most suitable products for customer profile.
High sales drive and energy levels. Ability to thrive ina high-pressure environment by demonstrating leadership and sellingskills.
Ability to nurture and build strongrelationships with customers.
Qualifications : Bachelordegree / MBA
