Job Role : Cisco Voice Engineer - CCIE Collaboration
Presently we are looking for a Cisco Voice Engineer to provide Cisco voice infrastructure design strategy and implementation plans for customers while working closely with our team of network and voice engineers to design solutions for cisco voice requirements.
Implementation of the whole cisco IPT solutions and cisco call centre solutions.
EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
7 years of experience designing, configuring, and troubleshooting large enterprise converged (voice, data, video) networks
MUST have working experience on Cisco Call Center
MUST have Cisco Call Center scripting experience
Strong understanding VoIP QoS issues and mitigation strategies.
Cisco Jaber & all voice products Implementation knowledge
Experience with Cisco VoIP software, CUCM, Unity-Connection, CER, and CUBE a plus.
Familiarity with general networking including IP routing (EIGRP / OSPF / BGP) and Ethernet switching in both an office and data center environment.
Hands-on experience with voice and data products including Cisco Unified Communications Manager / Call Manager (ver 11.
x, 12.x), Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Enterprise Call Center, Cisco Voice Gateways, Cisco Unified Border Elements (CUBEs), and Survivable Remote Site Telephony (SRST) functionality, VOIP troubleshooting tools, Cisco Routers, and Cisco Switches
Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science with 5 to 7 years relevant work
CCNP Collaboration Certified
CCIE Collaboration certification is preferable
