The consultant should be an expert inrequirement gathering, gap analysis, business process mapping,blueprinting, functional specifications preparation, trainingmanuals and configuration related documentation, configuration,testing, training and support.
The consultant should also possessSAP ABAP debugging skills, and should have good experience insupporting production issues (both L1 and L2) in SAP - HCM(SF).
Heshould possess experience on working on RICEFW and minorenhancements.
The consultant should beefficient in testing the changes in both development and qualityenvironment before moving the changes to the ProductionEnvironment.
