Key Job Responsibilities
Demonstrates service attributes in accordance with industry expectations andpany standards.
Responsibilities include greeting guests, checking them into the hotel, providing vital information on hotel amenities, anticipating and responding to guest needs, listening and resolvingplaints, and providing excellent customer service throughout their stay.
Promote positive image of the hotel and ensure guest satisfaction is the main priority
Ensure proper training to team members.
Monitor departmental cost and control amenities and expenses within the department.
Attend to crisis or emergency situations and perform service recovery
Record detail of events in duty manager log book and take necessary actions.
Supervises reception personnel to ensure optimum occupancy and average room rate for purpose of maximizing revenue.
Higher educational degree
At least 2 years experience in a luxury hotel in middle east
Arabic speaking candidates are preferred
