About the Role

The Head of E Commerce will be reporting directly to the Senior General Manager, and will be responsible to manage and define the direction, customer experience, trading of the web store and develop the training of the web team of ACE Hardware.

  • About You

    Minimum Experience and Knowledge :

  • 5-7 years minimum ecommerce and retail experience with a strong track record of delivering growth in digital acquisition, conversion in multichannel retail, and acumen to drive growth against targets.
  • Passionate about the brand and digital and possess the leadership skills to gain the confidence of your team and senior stakeholders.
  • Job-Specific Skills :

  • Excellent communicator and ability to build relationships with product, development and operational teams
  • Experience in developing / co-ordinating a brand strategy that can be executed across multiple channels
  • Experience managing campaigns and delivering against KPI’s
  • Able to educate the wider business about the latest web trends and provide competitor insight
  • Commercially astute with a proven, demonstrable track record of growing e-commerce revenue in multi-channel environments.
  • Detailed knowledge of Online Marketing channels and how to optimise and grow both revenue and ROI
  • Join up all activities related to the success of the e-commerce function including merchandising; marketing, catalogue;
  • Internet design; call centre.
